Price Information
10. The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the AML Online order system. All the prices are correct at the time of display and are inclusive of UK VAT at the relevant rate: postage is extra for all products and all regions. Prices and rates for postage and packing may be changed without notice.
Colour reproduction
11. The reproduction of colour online is as accurate as photograph and electronic processes will allow.
Liability
12. The majority of card issuers either cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit or debit cards, or may limit your liability to £50.00.
13. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and credit card information secure but unless we have been negligent, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information transmitted by you when ordering products or services from AML.
Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Products
14. AML must validate the credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once this has been done, AML will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your order form. AML's acceptance of your order brings into existence a legal binding agreement between us.
15. AML accepts all order for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
16. We accept payment by cheque and postal orders, but not cash. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
Delivery
17. We will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 5 working days, providing the goods are in stock.
18. Orders for delivery to the Scottish Highlands may take a little longer.
19. Unfortunately, we do not guarantee to be able to deliver to British Forces Posted Overseas.
