In general, goods will be accepted back if notification is received within 21 days from the date on the invoice. Returns are sent back to us at your cost.
A full refund of the cost of the product will be made as long as the returned goods are unused, in good condition and can be re-sold.
Due to the possibilities of cross-contamination, returns cannot be accepted, nor refunds made, on the following products:
